Clairemont

JCE Painting’s humble beginnings can be traced back to the beautiful area of Clairemont, CA. With just over 80,000 residents, this community is home to Tecolote Canyon Natural Park, Marian Bear Memorial Park, and beautiful golf courses. Many residents get to enjoy a view of Mission Bay and the Pacific Ocean to the west. On the east side of town, you can see Fortuna Mountain and Cowles Mountain.

Carmel Valley

Carmel Valley is a suburban community north of San Diego. When one thinks of Carmel Mountian. This newer community, which was formed in 1975, has a population of about 42,000 residents. This area is full of commercial buildings, restaurants, and residential units.

La Mesa

La Mesa is another growing community located in San Diego, Ca. Just east of downtown San Diego, this community has a population of 54,000 people. It is nicknamed “The Jewel Of The Hills” by residents. Since it lays a little further east than downtown, La Mesa usually experiences slightly hotter temperatures than areas further to the west.

Tierrasanta

Tierrasanta, spanish for “holy ground” is a community within the city of San Diego. Like many communities in San Diego, Tierrasanta holds religious meanings. Residents and locals often refer to it as “The Island In The Hills”, which is a bit of a play on words since Tierrasanta is landlocked.

Pacific Beach

Pacific Beach is a neighborhood in San Diego known for Crystal Pier, San Diego’s most developed nightlife scene, and a vibrant surfer culture. Although “P.B” has historically been populated by young surfers and college students, older and wealther people have begun moving into the area due to rising property costs. Pacific Beach is bordered by La Jolla, Mission Beach, Mission Bay, and of course the Pacific Ocean.
